All humans are effectively souls within physical bodies. When we die, our souls will return to the Spiritual Realm, under normal circumstances. If souls are able to return properly to the Spiritual Realm, they will receive the necessary healing, even if they died from serious injuries. The process of entering the Spiritual Realm is what people often describe as entering the tunnel of Light.
Back in the Spiritual Realm, souls from deceased people are called "spirits", and are positive beings with positive energy. Spirits can choose to return to Earth Realm sometimes to visit, and they are safe for humans to be around, as their energy is positive.
However, souls can get stuck in our Earth Realm after death due to certain reasons. If they fail to depart the Earth Realm for the Spiritual Realm, they will end up as ghosts in our Earth Realm. As ghosts, they have negative energies, have a very limited level of Consciousness, and often only remember their final moments of death. If they died of serious injuries, they cannot be healed in the Earth Realm, and retain their often 'scary' appearances because of their injuries. This appearance is what often scares most people when they encounter ghosts.
Ghosts have negative energies, and it is not healthy for humans to come in contact with them, for long periods of time. Because the Earth Realm is not suitable for ghosts to stay in, they often need to tap on human energy to sustain their energy needs. As a result, humans' energy become more negative, and they feel more negative in general. When people feel negative, their vibrational frequencies drop, which can cause them to fall sick more easily, as well as suffer in other aspects of their lives. In rare severe cases, if the person is unable to overcome the strong negative effects of the ghosts or negative entities, death might occur. In such rare cases, often the person has karmic issues relating to the ghosts or negative entities.
The most common reasons why souls become ghosts upon death are:
a) the soul was still very attached to his/her loved ones, and so stayed on to comfort them. Problem is: souls only have a short window period after death to depart the Earth Realm for the Spiritual Realm, after which they would be stuck in the Earth Realm as ghosts.
b) the people died of some sudden trauma, eg. murder, accident, war or disaster. As a result, the souls are not aware that their physical bodies have died, so did not enter the Spiritual Realm in time and end up as ghosts in our Earth Realm.

Our house used to have spirits for many years. Some of my family members have seen them moving around, while the rest of us have felt their presence or have heard loud footsteps and doors opening and closing by themselves. We were experiencing so much health problems and bad luck in our lives.

When I confided my problems to Adrian, he suggested I do the Negative Spirit Removal session, I agreed because for the last 4 months, thoughts of revenge and destruction were practically hounding me day and night, I could not function quite effectively anymore at work, and sleep became a problem.
